This week I am reading a wonderful series from Laurell K. Hamilton. If you like Vampires and all things spooky pick up one of her books. You will not be disappointed....you will want to sleep with the lights on though...

Fun Haunt....
Ghostly Delight.....
8 cups popped popcorn 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/2 cup Light Molasses 3/4 cup butter (not margarine) 1/2 teaspoon salt ++++++++++ 1.Cook molasses and corn syrup together until it reaches hard crack stage (About 270 degrees on candy thermometer or when a small thread dropped into cold water hardens immediately) 2. Stir in butter and salt, remove from heat 3. Slowly pour mixture over popped popcorn and stir with wooden spoon until popcorn is completely coated. Let cool 4. Coat your hands with butter or margarine and form balls 5. Place on wax paper to cool
